wonderful santorini stay!
elegant reception nice jacuzzi equipped room free wi-fi
i loved the welcome from the reception staff. the reception area looked elegant. i enjoyed swimming in the pool.. it also has a nice jacuzzi. the room was well-equipped, something i value greatly. free wi-fi with good speed was also a big plus for me.
the water costs extra during meals.

the room was very comfortable with robes available. toothbrushes and body wash were provided in the bathroom. the linen felt refined with attention to detail. a large, comfortable bed was also included.

the hotel is in the center of the island. it's approximately 15 to 20 minutes by cab from main attractions. the airport is also close, about 15 minutes. this location is ideal for exploring the island.

the staff was helpful and always happy. helena, dimitris, dimitri, and george deserve a special thank you. maria greeted us upon arrival, providing lots of information. the staff's attentiveness ensured a fantastic week.

breakfast offered a nice selection with freshly made omelettes available. i could also ask for scrambled eggs or pancakes. dinner was also very good. the bartender made a fantastic mai tai, reminiscent of the ritz in hawaii!

The hotel had free shuttle service into the center. I found it very convenient for exploring! The multiple hot tubs. Included dinners had a lot of variety, they are also super tasty.
I wish I could have stayed longer!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Besi, the receptionist, offered excellent service. Artemis, the bar staff, was a great member of the team and she represented the hotel very well.

happy staff super clean cleanliness large room courtesy bus
the staff was always happy and helpful. the hotel maintained super clean cleanliness. our room featured considerable space and comfort. the courtesy bus to fira ran daily. it allowed us to see sunsets. it also got us back in time for a late dinner.
the menu had limitations. we had to go to fira to eat. this wasn't cheap.

mixed feelings about this hotel
small food portions small pool
The food portions were very small with the half board option. the pool was also quite small. the breakfast quality was not great. The products seemed cheap for a place calling itself luxury. i also found them inflexible regarding cancellations, frustrating.

clean room great variety
I stayed in a grande suite with a sea view and an outdoor hot tub. the room had great space and it was very clean. breakfast offered many choices. The variety was amazing! the chef made pancakes upon request. i really enjoyed that.

amazing staff roomy space limited menu cold hot tub
the staff was amazing. they provided excellent service. our room was roomy. it also had lots of storage space.
the menu for dinner was limited. this was disappointing. i only ate at the hotel twice. the hot tub sea view room i booked was cold. i was disappointed i could not use it.
